I have built my career creating and delivering customized change management solutions for today’s busy and ever-stretched organizations.  I understand – and have experienced for myself – the very human struggles employees experience when they are dealing with both planned and unexpected change in the workplace and in their personal lives.

I help business leaders in transforming their workplaces – to create healthier, respectful, and effective workplaces and teams where employees can contribute their best in meaningful ways.  And, I help employees/individuals to determine their best path forward in their careers and professional growth.
