I draw upon my expertise as a Registered Psychologist to offer support in facilitating psychologically safe and healthy workplaces. I have experience working with a range of topics including, but not limited to sexual and gender diversity, workplace harassment, psychological health (i.e., anxiety, depression), addictions, anger, stress management, chronic medical conditions, and much more. As a Psychologist, I utilize a solution-focused approach to help my clients work towards their goals. I believe that everyone can utilize their personal strengths to make positive contributions to a grow personally, professionally, and within a team environment. Each person is unique, and through that diversity, team development can be enhanced. I am passionate about supporting individuals, teams, and corporate leaders, to be happy, healthy, and resilient members within the organization.
