I have over 20 years of international sales and marketing experience in diverse industries including office automation, children education, tertiary education, multilevel marketing, advertising and training consultancy.  I have been a Business Representative for Mesiniaga/IBM, Marketing Coordinator and Sales Trainer for Amway managing 55% of national sales, copywriter at Quantum: FCB, Account Supervisor at Ogilvy and Mather and Associate Account Director at Union 45/Publicis before starting and managing my own management training consultancy, specializing in 3MC – Marketing, Motivation, Management and Communication, for 12 years until I emigrated to Canada.   I have  designed and delivered management training to over 150 clients in ASEAN nations, China, Hong Kong Mauritius. Indonesia and Thailand.

My training philosophy for client care: Value, Loyalty, Profit, Sustainability.  The Client will learn to generate Value for their customers to win their Loyalty that ultimately brings Profit, to reinvest in better products and services, thus enhancing further development and Sustainability.  My approach is Double Customization – first I want to know the decision maker’s reason for training, and next I will interview trainees (talent) to align expectations to achieve results that benefit both parties.  Post training, I will return to interview decision maker and trainees to determine the extent of progress, what factors may be hindering progress and next steps in talent development.
