Dr. Cory Hrushka, Registered Senior Psychologist, PhD, CCS, DST, AASECT Certified Sex Therapist

As an entrepreneur, I have started, experienced growing pains, and led the development of Insight Psychological to become one of Canada’s fastest growing companies (Growth 500 Award Recipient, Canadian Business, 2018). As a psychologist, I have worked with countless number of business owners and executive leaders in dealing with the psychological and relationship effects of running a business. When one’s business undergoes changes, growth, decline, and/or difficulties, a business leader can feel an intense pressure and anxiety to perform. They may work extra long hours, missed meals, not get enough rest, or not have enough time to remain connected with their support system. This in turn can affect their physical, mental, and relational health. I can identify with these challenges and look forward to supporting my fellow business leaders in maintaining a healthy balance between running their business and ensuring their overall wellness.

I am also an AASECT certified (Diplomate) Sex Therapist/ and Supervisor, an Associate in Sex Education and a Clinical Sexologist. In this capacity, I feel very privileged to be able to support individuals that are considering and undergoing gender transition, individuals that have experienced sexual trauma and difficulties as well as couples that are working through sexual and intimacy issues.
